Initial Consultation | FREE

Your initial consultation is when the sitter comes to your home to meet you and your pets.

Additional Meet & Greet | $15

Please note that a meet-and-greet fee will be applied for any additional meetings following your initial consultation. These meetings may be necessary for changes such as a new address, the addition of new pets, or a change of locks. It's crucial that we thoroughly review all your instructions during these meetings to ensure we can care for your pets and home just as you would. This allows your sitter to familiarize themselves with your pets and their behaviors or special needs, ensuring they receive the extra care they may require. Meeting your pets and discussing the layout of your home is essential for us to provide excellent service. Additionally, during these sessions, you'll learn how to access your home securely.

Outside Cat Feeding | FREE

TLC Sitters will feed outdoor and feral cats for free if we are leaving a bowl of food. If different services are required, please call for a quote.

Emergency Meet & Greet with Registration | $25

Need pet sitting in a pinch? Our Emergency Meet and Greet service has you covered! Whether it's a last-minute request or your first time using our services, we'll arrange a quick meeting with your pet sitter to ensure everything runs smoothly. During this meeting, your sitter will get access to your home and go over all the necessary instructions for pet care and home care. It's peace of mind when you need it most!

KEY PICK-UP & DROP-OFF IN PERSON | $20 each way

When we need to make extra trips to pick up keys. Perhaps you don’t feel comfortable using the lockbox or TLC having a key on file. No worries! We’ll come and pick up your key in person before you depart as well as return it after you get back. Please schedule these times through the office.

LITTER BOX CLEANING & SANITIZING | $33 per litter box for 20 minutes

Dirty litter is emptied and disposed of. The litter box is then scrubbed sanitized and refilled per your instructions. This is wonderful for someone unable to care for the litter box.

MEDICINE

This is for the pet(s) that need fluids under the skin. Limited Sitter availability. Please call for more info.

Subcutaneous | $12 per Visit
Insulin Injection | $3 per Visit

SUPPLY TRIP FEE | $30 + Cost of Supplies

Running low on pet supplies? Let us handle the rest! While it's your responsibility to ensure your furry friends have everything they need, we offer a convenient supply replenishment service for an extra fee. Simply let us know what you need, and we'll pick it up for you, traveling up to 10 miles from your home. It's one less thing to worry about while you're away!

Lock Box | $36

The lockbox can be purchased from TLC. The lockbox is yours to keep. You give us the code and keep the keys in your lockbox.

Home Repair Access | $36/hour

Two- and four-hour blocks are offered for anything longer than an hour. Do you have a delivery expected or is the cable guy expected to arrive between 12 pm and 4 pm? We’ll do the waiting for you.

Emergency Veterinarian | $60/hour+ Regular Visit

This is when you need us to take your pet to the veterinarian. This can occur if we go to the client's home and the pet is ill or you need us to take your pet to the vet in case of an emergency. We will try to contact our client with every method available to us before going to the veterinarian. However, this does occur occasionally.

Plant Watering Service | $30 + Visit Fee for watering time

We include watering up to five (5) indoor plants in your basic service which is free, but do you have more than 5 plants or gardens that need attention while you’re gone? If so, we’re here for you!

Extra Premium Services | Please call for a quote.

These services are all tailored to you and your pet(s) based on availability. We would care for your pets for a certain amount of time per your request.

Locksmith Service Fee + Visit Fee

This fee is charged when the key you give us does not work and we must call a locksmith to come to the rescue to make sure your sitter has access to your home and pets. Maybe you changed the locks and forgot to tell us, or the key copy you made does not fit. TLC will meet the locksmith at your property and ensure that the property is secured after. Additional fees may apply for keys made or other services required from the locksmith.
