How to Sniff Out Our Process for New Clients!
We aim to understand your needs and those of your pets and home. Please submit our New Client Request form, providing all necessary details and dates. This form helps us tailor services such as house checks (with or without pets), cat visits, vacation visits, overnight stays, and ongoing care for puppies or senior pets.
Once you've completed the form, spoken with our team, and are ready to book services, follow these simple steps:

Pet Sitting Software: Use our pet-sitting software/app to input your home and pet information.

Convenient Access: Log in with the email we provide and follow the prompts. You can easily update your profile and pet details, request services, and make payments directly through the app.

Stay Updated: Receive journal notes after each visit with updates and photos. Choose to receive notifications via text, app, or email.

Service Agreement: Review and sign the service agreement, which outlines responsibilities and cancellation policies.

Veterinary Release Form: This allows us to take your pet to the vet if needed.

Social Media Consent: Indicate your preferences for sharing pet photos on social media.

Schedule a Visit: Set up a time for the pet sitter to visit your home and meet your pets.

Routine Discussion: Go over feeding schedules, walks, medication, and any special needs.

Home Acess: The sitter will collect your house key, access remotes, and answer any questions. If your primary sitter is unavailable, a backup sitter will always be arranged for additional fee.
