Please note, your reservation is officially confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from the TLC office, either via email or phone. To ensure the best care for your pets, we appreciate your understanding that once services commence, we are unable to issue refunds.

Scheduling Details
WHY PLAN AHEAD
WE DO NOT OVERBOOK
This policy ensures that we have a sitter available for services and/or need to set up a MEET & GREET.
To ensure sitter availability, please provide TLC:

2 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling regular non-holiday service
-
4 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling holiday and overnight service
We understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate late requests, although your regular sitter may not be available.
Requests that do not meet our minimum notice guidelines will incur a late-booking fee as noted here:

Daily Vacation Pet Visits with less than 3 business days’ notice

Overnight Visits with less than 5 business days’ notice
-
Holiday Visits with less than 14 business days’ notice.
Once service begins, no refunds will be issued.
LATE BOOKING FEE APPLIES
DAILY VACATION VISIT

Requests with less than 3 business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)
OVERNIGHT VISIT

Requests with less than five (5) business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)
HOLIDAY VISIT

Requests with less than two (2) weeks (14 business days) notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee. Please refer to our Holiday list at the bottom of our Rates page.
