Existing Clients: Plan Ahead for Your Pet's Care

Need to book your next pet sitting visit? You have two options:

 

  1. Use our Request Service Form - quick, easy, no login required.

  2. Or log into the Client Portal, if you prefer using your existing account.

 

Most clients find the form faster and simpler than navigating the portal or app. No password. No hassle. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll follow up within 1 to 3 business days to confirm your booking.

 

Please note: your reservation is not official until you receive a confirmation from our office by email or phone. Once service begins, we are unable to offer refunds.

Scheduling Details

WHY PLAN AHEAD?

WE DO NOT OVERBOOK

This policy ensures that we have a sitter available for services and/or need to set up a MEET & GREET.

To ensure sitter availability, please provide TLC:

  • 2 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling regular non-holiday service

  • 4 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling holiday and overnight service

We understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate late requests, although your regular sitter may not be available.

Requests that do not meet our minimum notice guidelines will incur a late-booking fee as noted here:

  • Daily Vacation Pet Visits with less than 3 business days’ notice

  • Overnight Visits with less than 5 business days’ notice

  • Holiday Visits with less than 14 business days’ notice.

Once service begins, no refunds will be issued.

LATE BOOKING FEE APPLIES

DAILY VACATION VISIT

  • Requests with less than 3 business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)

 

OVERNIGHT VISIT

  • Requests with less than five (5) business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)

 

HOLIDAY VISIT

  • Requests with less than two (2) weeks (14 business days) notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee. Please refer to our Holiday list at the bottom of our Rates page.

What You Should Know

Need to Make Changes?

You can update your home and pet information on your portal or call our office to have our staff assist you.

You can update your online profile if you have any of the following changes:

  •  PetCare:

    • Pet care information

    • Home Information

    • Number of Pet(s) or in-home tasks

    • Diet (food amount or type)

    • Medication

    • Veterinarian changes

    • Emergency Contacts

Changes Where You MUST Call Our Office:

  • Need to schedule service less than 3 days before the first day of service. 

  • Moved to a new location
