TLC House & Pet Sitting Service cares for your pet in your home while you are away. Our mission is to offer a quality experience and trusted personalized care for your pet and home. TLC is unique in our ability to tailor our services to your pet’s personal needs. TLC cares for all types of pets; we pride ourselves on being able to "spoil" your pet(s) as though you never left home.

All services include:

• Feeding, watering, playing and/or walking, as well as LOTS of TLC
• Home security including adjusting lights/blinds
• Indoor and outdoor plant care
• Collect daily newspaper, mail, and refuse so your home will appear to be “lived in”
• Administer medication (oral and injections)
• Maintain your natural home environment
• Leave a daily log/report at client’s home notifying the client of the pet(s) behaviors

TLC provides service in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, West Mesa, and Gilbert.

Types of Visits:

Vacation/Daily: We can spend time with your pet(s) in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

Mid-day Visit: This visit is a potty/walk break while the client is away at work, or for others who need extra TLC during the day.

Overnight Visit: Our sitter arrives after dinner and stays until the morning. The overnight visit does NOT include a mid-day visit, but one may be added.

Additional Charges:

• Holiday fee on the holiday: (see holiday list)
• Key pick up’s and drop off’s (after initial consultation)
• Additional consultations after initial consultation
• Less than two business day notice for booking services for existing clients

Discounts: Discounts are not combined with any other offer.

• Mid-day Walks Discount - minimum of three times a week for 3 months
• Senior Citizen Discount – for seniors who are 60+ years young
• Professional Courtesy Discount – for vets, pet shops or groomers
• Client Referrals Discount
