PET SITTER POSITIONS

1. DAILY SITTER: (split shift) morning, afternoon, & evening – must be available for all 3 time frames. Clients may request their visits to be approximately 20-40 minutes 7 days a week.
2. OVERNIGHT SITTER: Clients request for the sitter to arrive in the evening and sleep at their home. Sitters may be at a client’s home for 10-12 hours. Sitters must have their own place to live as this is supplemental income only.

All contracted positions; You will be caring for client’s animals/home according to the client’s instructions while they are away; Clients may ask you to feed/water, give some TLC/ attention, play time, yard/litter box clean-up, perhaps assist with behavior modification, medication administration, and additional duties as assigned; We do require all sitters to obtain a city business license (depending on the city) and a bond.

• Able to pass a background check and have excellent references
• Detail oriented & self-motivated,
• Bondable
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Must be available on all major holidays and rarely travel- no exceptions
• Reliable transportation
• Have a cell phone (local number)
• Access to the internet and email that can be checked daily
• Committed to contracting with us a minimum of 6 months or more
• Flexible schedule
• Must not have a full-time job outside the home, due to the nature of the business
• Capable of walking large energetic dogs
• Experienced and/or knowledgeable in the pet care industry a plus

All contracted positions are part-time. For the daily sitter position, we do not contract with people who hold full time jobs ( 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. or 8 A.M. – 4 P.M.) or with individuals who work evenings, due to the nature of the business.
